Olio Extravergine d’Oliva 100% Frantoio

This new Extra Virgin Olive Oil is solely composed of “Frantoio” Olive-variety.

This is our first monocultivar.

Olives are picked-up on middle October and immediately pressed, to keep as low as possible the acidity level.

In the nose you have notes of fresh leave, green aple and artichoke. Fruity with a gentle and bitter aftertaste, it goes well with every meal.

Incredible with soups, with vegetables, bread or with grilled meats.
