This extra virgin olive oil shows the highest quality. It is made from the cold pressing of our own olives (70% Casaliva e 30% Leccino). It can be defined as "biological" because fruits are not treated at all. The oil has a golden colour with bright green hues. The fragrance is elegant, fruity and green-leaf fresh. It has a sweet flavour with the almond aftertaste and is slightly pungent. The bottle is wrapped in golden paper which, further protecting the oil from light, bestows an elegant and prestigious appearance.
