The great Lugana has its origin from the ancient vineyard of Vigna Bragagna in Lugana of Sirmione, the heart of the Lugana area. The grape variety is Trebbiano of Lugana and the age of the vines is between 20 and 25 years old. The Lugana of Sirmione Vigna Bragagna Giovanni Avanzi is the leading product of our winery and according to the Italian law it is the only Lugana that can mention “Sirmione” (as special mention of the wine) on its label.
