The winery

In March 2007 the family Avanzi have inaugurated the new winery. Connected to the first cellar , the new winery covers a total area of 3,000 square meters. The facility is equipped with the most modern and technological equipment for an high quality winemaking.  It has the shape of a classic farmhouse. The  new stainless steel tanks are positioned in the middle of the build. The suggestive barrel corridor leads to the underground. In the eight hundred meters of underground corridors, all the wines of Avanzi aging.The corridors connect the new structure to the second basement, where all the wines are bottled and stored, ready for sale. The north side has a large room for drying the grapes, entirely managed by a central computer which monitors humidity and temperature.
